To begin, prepare a puree with the two bananas. Add the honey, water and eggs to the banana puree and beat until the ingredients are well integrated.

In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour with the baking powder and the baking soda (if you only have oatmeal, you can put it in a mixer and generate a texture similar to flour). Add this mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Put the mixture in a pan with a little bit of oil (the one you prefer, I use a pudding pan) and you can add on top (nuts, peanut paste, chocolate chip) for 35' in a medium oven.
