Preparación de la receta

Mix the oatmeal with the banana and the egg (or 2 egg whites).

Add cinnamon to taste, and optionally a teaspoon of yeast to make them rise a little.

In a non-stick frying pan put the batter and spread it (I use a soup ladle, but 3-4 tablespoons will also do).

If you do not have a non-stick frying pan, you can use a little EVOO or butter to prevent them from sticking.

When you see that holes open up in the dough, carefully turn it over with the help of a skimmer. And that's it!

To serve them I put more cinnamon on top and let an ounce of 85% chocolate melt. It is also delicious with peanut butter on top.
