SALMON: Cut the salmon into small pieces and marinate with the soy sauce, lemon zest, grated ginger and seeds for at least 30 minutes. 馃尭 I would have liked to add a pinch of mustard but I didn't have it, I will try it later. 馃尭The usual is to use sesame seeds but I only had the seed mixture and it really turned out 馃敐.

AVOCADO: Cut the avocado and the onion into small pieces, mix them and add the teaspoon of oil, the seeds, the pinch of salt and the squeeze of lime. 馃尭 If you have lime, even better than lemon.

MANGO: Cut the mango into 1cm cubes. I finally inaugurated my mango cutter 馃槑.

Assembly at home. Place the mango layer in a bowl, then the avocado layer and then the mango layer, flatten the layers a little with a spoon to compact them. Turn the bowl upside down on the plate and serve.
