First, we cut the garlic cloves into small pieces and place them in the container where we are going to crush everything.

Add a pinch of salt (to taste), a raw hen's egg and the oil, about half a glass of oil or a little more, depending on the desired thickness (EVOO or sunflower oil can be used).

Grind everything holding the blender at the bottom until it curdles, little by little we will raise the blender helping to mix and integrate all well

NOTE: MAYONNAISE is made the SAME but WITHOUT the GARLIC!!!!
