Cook the eggs in plenty of salted water for 15 minutes. Let cool, peel, cut in half and separate the yolk.

In a bowl put the egg yolks, the chopped hake, the drained tuna, the mayonnaise and mix.

Fill the egg whites with this mixture. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and pour it on top of the eggs. In a bowl put a base of chopped lettuce and on top of it the stuffed eggs and ready 馃構.
