♨️ We preheat the oven to 190° ♨️ Heat the EVOO in the frying pan and fry the garlic.

Chop the mushrooms (in this case I used freshly picked Macrolepiotas) and add them to the pan.

Add the pepper, nutmeg and Provencal herbs and stir for about 5 minutes.

In the last minute, add salt (so that the mushrooms don't have time to add water) and stir with the fire already lowered.

Pour the mushrooms 🍄 into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle the mozzarella on top of the mushrooms and bake in the oven for 8' at 190°c in the oven with a high temperature.
