We cook the rice.

Pour 2 tablespoons of beans in the glass of the mini-primer and add half a glass of water. Blend until a sauce is created.

In a frying pan put the rest of the beans, the sauce and two bay leaves. Note*: you can use any type of beans, but the best way to make this dish is with red or black beans.

We "fry" the egg in the real fooder style: in a non-stick frying pan covered with a drop of EVOO.
