Mix all the ingredients except the coconut oil. Cut the apple into small pieces. Beat everything together. In a non-stick pan, with a brush, spread a little coconut oil, not much is needed. Pour more or less mixture depending if we want pancakes or crepes. We put it on medium heat and cover it. When we see bubbles coming out, we turn it over. I add a little protein cream but very little, you could add some homemade dried fruit cream.
