Place the whole octopus once thawed into the bowl. Without any water or broth. Only the octopus with two bay leaves. In my case, 1.3 kilos for three people.

Program 3 hours or 3:15 on high temperature. In the meantime, roast the sweet potato in the oven or steam it in the microwave in cubes

Mash the roasted sweet potato with a potato masher, season with salt and pepper and place on a plate as a base for the octopus.

Serve the octopus on top. Sprinkle with sweet paprika and a little spicy paprika, salt flakes and drizzle with olive oil.

EXTRA BALL: The octopus will release a lot of broth that you can use for a spectacular fish rice.
