In a pot put the water and bring to boil. Add the pasta and cook for 3 minutes. Remove and drain. Reserve a little of the cooking broth.

Poach the vegetables. First the onion with salt and pepper. Then add the peppers.

In another pan, grill the turkey fillets.

Mix the fillets with the vegetables and add the turmeric and ginger.

Then add the rice noodles and the cooking broth and the soy sauce! A little heat and enjoy.
