Turn the oven on at 180° and place the capsules in the cupcake mold.

Mash the apple together with the previously roasted pumpkin.

Add the date paste, raisins, oat flakes, whole wheat flour, baking soda, spices, egg and EVOO. Blend until everything is integrated.

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add to the mixture. Spread the mixture into the paper cups and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
