Cut the ingredients into slices (the original is with tomato slices but I used the vegetables I had left in the fridge) and add in a bowl with a base (or on top) natural tomato, ratatouille... with spices to taste.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees while we make bechamel sauce (or you can add cheese).

We make the béchamel sauce with milk, whole wheat flour, salt and black pepper. We are adding and stirring so that it does not stick until it has the right texture.

Add the béchamel sauce and leave it in the oven for another while.

We take out after about 35 or 40 minutes (in total counting from the previous step without the bechamel) at 180 degrees and eat!!!!! 🤗
