Season the sea bream with salt and pepper (ask for it to be prepared on its back without bones), on baking paper (enough to be able to make a closed package afterwards).

Place the vegetables in the center with two lemon slices and close as a sandwich.

Once closed, sprinkle with lemon juice. I add pieces of red bell pepper that are crunchy and very tasty.

Bake for 40 min at 180 degrees (preheat).

The skin comes off easily and the fish meat is just right, the celery gives it a fresh touch and the spring onion, mmmm!
