1. Clean the quinoa 2. Leave to soak for at least 3 hours. 3. Rinse the quinoa, drain and mash with the salt, water and spices until almost no grains are visible. 4. Grease the baking paper with a little olive oil. 5. Spread the dough and shape it with a spoon. 6. Bake for 6 minutes at 200°C with heat up and down. 7. Remove from the oven, peel off the paper, add your ingredients and return to the oven until cooked through and the edges are toasted.
