Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the ribs in two equal pieces and prepare a mixture with the spices we like the most (I have used paprika, salt, garlic powder and pepper). Pour a little EVOO and cover the ribs well all over with the mixture.

Place the ribs on two large pieces of aluminum foil and make two small packages, making sure they are well closed. We put them in the oven for one hour.

After this time, turn off the oven and let the ribs rest for 3-4 hours. This allows the meat to come off the bone completely.

Just before eating, we turn the oven back on, take the ribs out of the packages and spread a mixture of honey and mustard on top.

Put the ribs back in the oven for about 15 minutes and enjoy 😍😍 the result is spectacular!
