✳ INGREDIENTS ✳ ▪︎ 250gr of quinoa. ▪︎ 50gr of chia. ▪︎ 1 tbsp oil. ▪︎ 1 teaspoon salt. ▪︎ Seeds for garnish.

✳ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳ The night before, we soak the quinoa and chia in covered containers and stored in the refrigerator. The next day, we drain the quinoa well with a strainer and wash under the tap. Drain the chia and we will see that it has created a kind of jelly. Add the quinoa and the chia to the blender, together with the oil and the salt and blend until you obtain a dough, add it to a mold and sprinkle seeds on top, put it in a preheated oven at 200° for 1 hour. Remove and let it cool.
