Marinate the chicken and leave it in the refrigerator all morning.

Preheat the oven and once hot, place the tray with the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes at 160°/170°.

Then raise the temperature to 200° for 10/15min to brown the chicken skin.

While it is browning, grill the peppers with very little EVOO and over low heat so that they do not burn.

Once the chicken is browned and the peppers are done, it is ready!
