Brunoise the peppers, onion and carrot.

Chop the garlic clove and add it to the frying pan with the hot oil.

When the garlic begins to dance add the chopped vegetables and salt to taste and sauté until they are poached.

Add the paprika and stir a few times so that it takes flavor without burning; then add the crushed tomato and continue stirring in the pan so that it fries with everything.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and season with salt and pepper. Add to the pan and keep stirring until almost done.

Add the rice and sauté with all the ingredients together, then add the chicken broth, and when it starts to boil add the peas and the curcuma (if you like). Leave on medium heat until the rice is ready.

When the rice is ready, turn off and let it rest for 5 minutes.
