Chicken thighs with stewed potatoes

In a pot, sear the chicken thighs in a little oil for about 5 minutes and set aside.

In that same pot we put a chopped onion and the carrots cut in slices. We leave it for a few minutes and then add our chicken thighs.

Cover everything with water and add the spices to taste (I added garlic powder and sweet paprika). Let it cook for about 30 minutes.

After this time, add the peeled and boiled potatoes to the stew and leave for another 30 minutes or so.
