In a skillet, cook the onion and zucchini in small pieces. Heat to 7 and with the lid on. Turn every 2 minutes.

When the zucchini and onion are already poached, add the two and a half glasses of milk and the cheese and remove the lid from the pan, leave it for 3 minutes.

In the thermomix, blend everything well and if you want sprinkle a little cheese on top.

Sometimes I add ham cubes and that's when it becomes a michelin star, seriously.
