Fideuá with squid rings and prawns

Fry half an onion, a red bell pepper, a green bell pepper and a garlic in a frying pan with a dash of EVOO. When it is golden brown add the squid rings (215gr) until they are cooked. Once they are almost ready, add half a spoonful of sweet paprika and two spoonfuls of crushed tomato.

Then add the noodles (a glass and a half) and stir so that they become sour. After a couple of minutes add twice as much fish broth as noodles and place the shrimp over the broth to cook (in my case I used homemade broth but you can use store-bought) and let cook over medium heat until the noodles are done (in my case it was 8 minutes, but it depends on each noodle).

Finally, let stand with the lid on for 10 minutes to allow the remaining broth to be absorbed.
