Heat salted water and, once it boils, add the pasta of your choice (I used whole wheat spaghetti). Let it cook for the time recommended on the package and reserve some of the cooking broth for the sauce.

While the pasta is cooking, we make the sauce. Put a spoonful of EVOO in the frying pan and when it is hot, add the chopped garlic and the onion.

Once they have colored, we can add the cherry tomatoes and the prawns (you can leave them whole or cut them to taste) and let everything cook together for a few minutes.

Next, add the pasta broth, cover and leave it for 5-7 minutes over medium-low heat.

After this, we can crush the tomatoes a little to release their juice and enhance their flavor. Stir to integrate everything, add the cayenne pepper to taste and add salt.

Add the pasta and mix well with the sauce. Finally, put some parsley on top and enjoy 馃い馃構.
