For 6 medium units: - 130 gr roasted hazelnuts - 200 gr whipping cream - 100 gr milk - 1 egg - 1 tablespoon of date paste + a little water

Grind the hazelnuts until creamy. Add the cream, the milk, the egg and the date paste dissolved in a little water so that it melts better. In Thermomix, 6 minutes and a half at 80° speed 5, or what is the same, grind everything well and put it in a saucepan stirring without boiling. Let it warm and pour into the molds or if you have an ice cream maker, you can do it there. I have sprinkled a little crushed hazelnuts before pouring the ice cream.
