Roast the peppers and garlic in the oven with a dash of olive oil and salt.

Once the peppers have cooled, remove the skin and cut into thin strips and set aside (do not discard the oil and juice from the peppers).

Peel the garlic and set aside

Season the breast fillets with salt and pepper and add Provençal herbs to taste (or the spice of your choice... Oregano, basil, parsley...).

Grill the fillets and then cut into strips.

Mix the chicken, peppers and garlic in the pan over medium heat, let the juices dry a little and add the pasta.

Mix very well and repeatedly until it looks as shown in the picture and enjoy!
