Cut the yucca into thin slices, the thinner they are, the crispier they will be.

Place the cassava on the tray on aluminum foil or vegetable paper. There on top of the yucca we pour a trickle of AVOE and the spices. I chose some salt, black pepper and parsley, but it could also be herbs provençal, oregano, etc.

We put them in the oven and let them bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees (previously preheated). Once they are golden brown and crispy, take them out, plate them and enjoy!
