Soak 250gr of lentils and 250gr of buckwheat (in grain, NOT COOKED!!!).

Leave it overnight in a container with water.

The next day drain the water, without washing, and grind everything. There may be some lentil grains left unmashed, it's ok.

Salt can be added at this time

Let it rest for another 24 hours in a covered container with a cloth.

Place it (without mold) in the oven at 175-200°C for 1h-1:15 depending on the oven.
