Cocoa and peanut butter cookies

Beat all the ingredients together except the peanut butter. The 4 ounces of chocolate to melt, if you add a teaspoon of coconut oil it is more liquid and easier to mix.

When you have the dough mixed, divide into portions and mold them on a baking paper (previously coated with oil).

Add droplets of peanut butter on top of the cookies and then bake in the oven.

Preheat the oven to 180º and bake for 15' at that temperature.

Allow to cool, as they are better at room temperature.
