Use a machine to make the zucchini into spaghetti squash (or do it by hand, but it takes longer).

Microwave the zucchini for 30 seconds or ignore this step if you like them al dente.

In a frying pan, add the egg whites and wait until they are slightly but not completely cooked.

Once the egg whites are slightly cooked, add the zucchini, the tablespoons of pesto and the chopped avocado and let them cook for 3 minutes.

Use everything and add the pine nuts as decoration.
