Zucchini with ham and egg

Clean the zucchini and make strips, so that they are in the shape of spaghetti. Meanwhile put a drizzle of oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the grilled egg. Remove it once it is done.

In the same pan sauté the ham shavings and mushrooms, once done, remove them.

In the same pan fry the zucchini strips. You can optionally sauté some onion at the same time. When they are done, add the ham and mushrooms. Stir everything together and season to taste. Also add a handful of grated mozzarella.

When the cheese is melted, take it all out, serve on a plate and put the egg on top.
