We start by mixing the oatmeal with the egg and a spoonful of protein yogurt until a dough is formed.

Cook in the pan over medium heat and when it is ready, take it out and cut it in half.

We cook the burger. It can be divided in two to be able to cook it thinner.

While the burger is cooking we put cottage cheese, half a small avocado and four cherry tomatoes.

Assemble the burger. Add some seeds on top for presentation.
