Cook a quarter of cabbage in a pot and while in a frying pan put onion, when it is transparent add a grated carrot and minced pork (50-100gr at the most).

When the cabbage is soft we throw away the water (we can take a couple of large leaves to wrap the rolls if we do not have rice sheets), with the help of scissors we chop a little cabbage directly into the pot.

Mix what we have in the pan with the cabbage in the pot, and add soy sauce, a spoonful of pepper and a spoonful of garlic powder. Stir.

We hydrate the rice sheets and wrap the mecla in them or in the previously separated cabbage leaves.

Once rolled up, enjoy! We do not add salt to the recipe because the soy sauce is enough :)
