Mix the meat with the cheese, one egg and 100 g of cream. Carefully stuff the piquillo peppers.

Bake in the oven at 170° for 20 minutes covered with aluminum foil.

For the sauce, chop the onion and beat together with the anchovies, 3 piquillo peppers and 300g of cream.

Add the sauce on top of the peppers. Bake uncovered for 15 more minutes.
