1. Pour 100 grams of oatmeal in a bowl and add 350 ml of water. Stir and put in the microwave for 2 minutes.

2. Pour about 100 milliliters of soy beverage in my case, stir well and put it back in the microwave for about two minutes.

3. Add the cocoa and stir again.

4. We continue adding more milk according to our taste for texture and stir until everything is well integrated.

Add the toppings you like. 💥 If I eat them hot, I like to add more cocoa, cinnamon, grated coconut, frozen berries, chocolate ounce that melts with the heat... 🧊 If I drink them cold I like to add cocoa, cinnamon, coconut, nuts, blueberries, seeds, goji berries, seasonal fruits such as bananas or strawberries...
