Fry the onion and garlic in oil, finely chopped. After 5 minutes add the mushrooms or the ingredient that you like, you can do it with asparagus, pumpkin, zucchini... after the mushrooms add the rice and sauté for two or three minutes.

In a separate pot, bring the broth to a boil and start adding it to the rice in ladles, stirring continuously for about 15 minutes or until the rice is done.

When the rice is ready, add a handful of Parmesan cheese and a knob of butter. Remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
