Baked chicken with baked potatoes

Peel and wash the potatoes.

Cut the potatoes in slices one finger thick and place them on a baking dish greased with EVOO (pour a little and paint with a brush, just so that the potatoes do not stick. Add a glass of white wine and salt.

Make some cuts in the chicken, season with salt and pepper and place on the potatoes.

Put in the oven. Meanwhile, boil water with a pinch of salt, Provencal herbs and lemon peel.

Sprinkle the chicken with the spiced water and turn it when necessary. It takes about 1 hour or a little more to cook slowly.
