Preparación de la receta

For the base: I used a small piece of panettone that I had left over, crumbled it and added a splash of coconut drink to make a small dough and spread it on the all . They are also very tasty with a base made of oat flakes, ground almonds, coconut oil and a little date paste.

Soak the gelatin. Whip the coconut yogurt together with 200g of condensed coconut milk (this gives it the texture of mousse and a more intense coconut flavor 😍).

Heat the 100 ml of coconut drink and dissolve the gelatine in it. Mix with the coconut cream and whip again.

Pour into the jars and place in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Then I put strawberry 🍓 and raspberry jam, 🫐 , shredded coconut and ground pistachios on them.
