Start cooking the white rice according to package directions. This will take approximately 15-20 minutes, so it is best to start this first.

While the rice is cooking, take out a separate skillet and heat it over medium-high heat.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the hot skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and no longer pink.
