Peel the shrimp and reserve the heads and shells.

Make a fumet with the shells and heads and water. Cook for 10 minutes, then strain and reserve the broth.

Sauté the vegetables, garlic and tomato. When it is poached, add the cumin and the broth and cook for 10 minutes, add salt to taste. Then add the peeled shrimps, the chopped parsley (better fresh) and the noodles, cook for 5 min. and eat.
