Fry the onion in a frying pan. Add the peppers, carrots, zucchini and mushrooms. I cut everything into small cubes.

In another frying pan brown the broccoli, previously cooked in a casserole or in the lekue in the microwave for about 4 minutes. When it is ready, add it to the other pan with the rest of the vegetables.

Brown the shrimp with a little garlic powder. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package directions.

Pour the noodles into the pan with the vegetables and add soy to taste. Serve with the shrimp on top. I usually add flax seeds but today I didn't have any at home.
