In a paella pan, add the oil and fry the garlic and peppers.

Once sautéed, add the crushed tomato and fry everything together.

Once fried, fry the paprika in a hole and mix with the tomato before it burns. Add the rice and sauté.

Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil.

When it starts to boil add the artichokes and start counting the time. At the end of the time the rice should be just right and no broth (play with the fire).
