📍BONE BROTH : Add to l list of ingredients also : Knee bone ( cow) Pork bone . Elaboration : Put all the ingredients as you want in a pot and cover with water . Let cook at minimum heat 2-3 for 24 hours or more. The longer the time the more nutrients are extracted from the bones. If you have a crock pot better and if not, make a conventional pot and that's it.
