Preparación de la receta

In a bowl introduce: 150gr of flour (I used wheat flour). 1 spoonful of salt 100ml of water 1 tablespoon of EVOO Stir and knead until it is compact and does not stick.

Let the dough rest for 10min

Find a flat, round, medium-sized frying pan. Grease its base with oil to prevent the dough from sticking. After a few minutes, knead the dough and shape it with a rolling pin or your hands. Place it in the pan and finish shaping it.

Decorate your pizza to taste. Mine is: I cover the base with fried tomato Oregano Grated cheese

In a separate pan I fried: Red onion Canned tuna

I pour the frying pan on the pizza base and add more grated cheese and some black olives.

Last step: Turn the heat to medium. Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil. Let it cook for 10 minutes. And Voila! A zampar!!! 💜
