Put the cauliflower rice (I bought it in Mercadona) in a frying pan without oil or anything else: 8 min covered and 2 min uncovered so that it is toasted.

Chop the vegetables very finely and sauté them. Add the cauliflower rice already made.

Add a scrambled egg to the mixture and season with a little soy, onion powder and sweet paprika.
