Salmorejo cordobés with Serrano ham

First, the bread must be soaked (it must be a little hard, one or two days before) with the oil and salt.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them, then pour them on top of the bread when you see that they are soaked.

Add one garlic (you can either add it whole, or add more than one if you like it to taste a lot like garlic, in my case I added one and removed the center).

Mash everything and it would be ready to eat! It can be accompanied by many foods, I put ham, although I usually cook an egg as a side dish or make an omelet and then already 🤤 enjoy it!
