We put a yogurt, half a glass of milk, cinnamon, 4 - 5 egg whites, a teaspoon of cocoa and put the slices of bread in two by two, so that they get wet.

Drain and brown in the pan, previously painted with a few drops of oil on both sides over medium high heat.

For the "nocilla", a tablespoon of pure cocoa, a dash of milk and water, a teaspoon of peanut butter and half a teaspoon of oat flour. Mix and microwave in batches of 10 seconds until it reaches the desired thickness. If it gets too thick, add more water.

Assemble and place the fruit.
