Cut the tuna into preferably large pieces.

In a deep dish, mix 50 ml of soy sauce with 25 ml of rice vinegar and put the tuna. Let the tuna marinate in the mixture for two hours (half an hour for each side of the piece of tuna).

Once marinated, coat the tuna in sesame seeds and place on a griddle or non-stick frying pan without oil, letting it cook for a few seconds on each side.

Cut the tataki into pieces and ready! I have accompanied it with a sauce that I have made with avocado, lemon, natural yogurt and salt.
