Crush the chickpeas with a fork and mix with the oat flour. Then add the rest of the ingredients (except the water, the chickpea flour and the cornflakes, which are for the batter). Integrate everything well.

For the batter, mix four tablespoons (without filling) of chickpea flour with four tablespoons of water. This step can be replaced by a beaten egg. And in another plate we crush the cornflakes until very small pieces are left.

Preheat the oven to 180º. Shape the chickpea dough into "nuggets" and dip them first in the egg and then in the crushed cornflakes.

Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for about 25 minutes at 180° until golden brown.

I have taken advantage of the fact that I put them in the oven to accompany them with potatoes and carrots. Previously I put them cut 4 min in the microwave and so when I put them in the oven with the nuggets it stays in the perfect point at par🤗.

I got 15 nuggets with these quantities. The rest can be frozen and baked in the oven another time 🙃
