First put the potatoes in the air fryer.

While the potatoes are cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Chop the vegetables, onions, carrots and peppers and add them to the pan. Sauté and season to taste.

Once sautéed, add the chopped seitan.

Cook for about 5 minutes stirring from time to time.

Once cooked, add the soy sauce

On the other hand, chop the tomato and lettuce to accompany.
