Put 4 tablespoons of oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a glass bowl or glass. Stir to mix.

Cover with vegetable drink (I use oat drink), cover with a film or lid and let stand overnight.

The next morning we will have our oatmeal hydrated and ready to eat. We can add the toppings we like the most. In this case I added pear and 85% chocolate in small pieces.
