Once the carrot is cooked, put it in a glass to grind with the flour, the banana cut into small pieces, the cocoa, the cinnamon, the milk (it can be any vegetable milk) and the dates until it is a homogeneous mass (neither liquid nor thick).

Pour into the mold with the help of a spatula and add the nuts and the previously chopped chocolate. Stir so that everything is well integrated and leave some pieces on top.

Bake in the oven for 15'-20' at 180°. The texture is similar to mousse so the toothpick trick is misleading as it always comes out stained. Check the color and that's it
